Constitution

The Society was formed in 1969 and became a registered charity in 1979. In 1979 it adopted a Constitution. The Constitution was amended in 1998 and again in 2010. A copy of the constitution may be read by clicking the link below.

The Conwy Valley Trust (Heritage) Fund
​
Within the framework of the Constitution the Society receives and raises funds for a special fund known as the 'Conwy Valley Trust (Heritage) Fund.

From this fund, grants-in-aid towards public or private initiatives appropriate to the Society's aims may be made.
​
These initiatives or projects may include those proposed by the Society itself. A copy of the Memorandum may be read by clicking the link below.
